We assume we will always have the abilities we do now. But that is most assuredly not true. Serve the Lord while we can because there will come a time – might be earlier than we think – when we can’t even if we want to. 
Samson assumed he will always have his power. But after Delilah “tricked” him for the 3rd time, his power left him, and he did not know that it did! 
“And he awoke from his sleep and said, “I will go out as at other times and shake myself free.” But he did not know that the Lord had left him.” (Judges 16:20)

We assume that Samson’s power came from his hair. But the Bible never says it. As a matter of fact, the Bible says that his power came from the Lord! 
Use your talents, treasure, and time for the Lord now. Don’t wait. You may not have it later. (You may not have a later. Most people don’t plan on dying…)
