God will make sure our lives will have a happy ending (after life) not in spite of tragedies but because of them!
Jacob’s life was full of tragedies. He was conned by his own uncle. His wives fought constantly. He lost his wife giving birth. Then, he loses his favorite son in Joseph. And then he faced the prospect of losing his other son in Benjamin.
But in the end, God restores all of them back and then some! But if it weren’t for these “tragedies”, he would’ve never experienced the jubilation and joy at the end of his life. It was BECAUSE of these seeming tragedies that his life was so full and extraordinary at the end.
Have you realized that all our sad moments will actually serve as fuel for joy at the end? If you knew that the story has a happy ending, all the troubles and turmoil in the middle of the plot will only serve the happy ending.
Do not let troubles and sufferings in your life go to waste. Watch and see what God will do with them. Do not give up on Him especially when God is preparing to use them as fuel for fire of joy in the end.
