Good morning everyone, thanks again to the wives involved in coordinating the precious dinners while we are out, we praise God for all of you guys making community genuine for us and our children to see.  I wanted to share with you all one of my favorite passages that when I first read it I could hardly describe how fired up I got, more than any Rocky movie ever did for me!
In context…After God blesses David by telling him how He will establish His Kingdom forever through his bloodline (Jesus).  God affirms this presently in David’s life by “helping” him to win his battles by giving him people (Abishai & Joab) who are not only gifted in war but love God and are courageous for their people Israel
1 Chronicles 19:12-1412 And he (Joab) said, “If the Syrians are too strong for me, then you shall help me, but if the Ammonites are too strong for you, then I will help you. 13 Be strong, and let us use our strength for our people and for the cities of our God, and may the Lord do what seems good to him.”

(vs12)-I certainly believe that we are all strong in some places and weak in others, which causes us to need one another in some way as His body to stay strong as a whole

(vs13)-I believe our part is to be courageous in faith and encourage one another to press on in our calling for the sake of God and the people who He has given us. Then we can rest in peace and allow God to determine the outcome.
In His love, Ld
