Sorry to start the week with such gloomy thoughts.

But I never realized that when Christ comes, the unbelievers who are still alive (2/3 of the world’s population that are not Christians) will be killed physically first and then thrown into hell.

Rev. 19:21, “The rest of them were killed with the sword that came out of the mouth of the rider (Christ) on the horse, and all the birds gorged themselves on their flesh.”

It will be a very violent end to be sure!

Will this really happen? This sounds more like fantasy than anything else. We can’t imagine carnage to this magnitude! And of course, it is not just the unjust that will face this violent ending, but there will be many righteous that will face violent ending as well. We’re at a cosmic war and as is true of any war, there will be many casualties on both sides…

If you have ever walked through the Holocaust museum in D.C. and/or watched any documentaries/movies on the theme of holocaust, you can know to what extent the effect of evil can reach.

It is something we’d like to avoid at all cost, but it is inevitable. It is a descriptive will of God – in other words, it is already set in motion to happen and WILL happen regardless of what humans do.

We are at war. The enemy hates us. Do not forget it. However, we have Jesus our older Brother who will also be Commander in chief who will rescue us from/through doom and make everything right.

Bear your hardships. Brace for hardships. It may be coming….
