Romans 8:26--Likewise the Spirit helps us in our weakness. For we do not know what to pray for as we ought, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words.
It is not difficult to know what you want from natural desires and aspirations.  But it can be difficult to pinpoint what we should ask for from God.  Some things are so complicated in our hearts and minds, that it can be difficult to know how to pray for it…
Lately there have been distinct situations that God has shown me, how precious it is to really be a child of His.  Because there are things that I know are in my heart that I want a solution to or “a sign” that everything is in His hands, and lately I’ve seen blatant signs of Him answering these “prayers”.  These are things that I never spoke about or even audibly prayed for, they were just answered!
Sometimes I forget what being a child is like, because I’m so busy being a “grown-up”.  I forget that the Lord knows my heart, and doesn’t wont’ me to be anxious about anything (Matthew 6:32-34).  So in His great mercy and love, He answers things that I didn’t realize He cared to answer so badly!
Much like a spouse knowing what the other has really wanted, but never asked and get’s it as a gift.  Or the child who you know “lights up” when a certain thing is mentioned, and you get it without them really asking outright for it.  There is something about that level of attention to our hearts that the Lord has, that certain times we don’t know He is looking to answer…
The amount of attention the Lord has for you as His child is unimaginable (Job 36:7).  Fight to know, that as much as you may toil in taking care of others hearts, know that Christ is taking care of yours, if you seek to let Him…
