Good afternoon everyone,

Proverbs 30:18-19

Three things are too wonderful for me; four I do not understand:
the way of an eagle in the sky,
the way of a serpent on a rock,
the way of a ship on the high seas,
and the way of a man with a virgin.

Sometimes it’s fascinating to look at other people or couples and wonder how they ended up where they are, whether successful or not. I think what intrigues us is the mystery surrounding them, which can bring great encouragement or despair, depending on how you are seeing your own life at the moment.

Many times we make naive assumptions about what we see, and don’t consider the journey that person/couple has been on. So if we’re in self-pity and low in faith we can think people don’t have our problems. But your life and mine cannot be traced without finding great trials and challenges, sometimes leaving us to wonder how did I make it through that?!

Just like the scripture, all of those things listed have no "trail" to follow, they mysteriously end up where they are. There is a beautiful uniqueness in the mystery of your life and relationships. If people really knew you and what you had to endure in your lifetime, they could not explain your life without God and His grace. Find a way to tell people about how good He is and how good He has been to you.

In His Love, Ld
