God uses the evil as well as the good for His purpose. It’s a cop out to think that God did not mean for bad things to happen to us, but rather they just happened and God is also sorry that they happened and could not do anything about it.

That makes God not be in control of what happens in the world. He’s a bystander just like one of us. He sympathizes with us but is powerless to do anything about it. But He is not. He is in full control of evil as well as good in this world.

Jesus replied, “Have I not chosen you, the Twelve? Yet one of you is a devil!” (He meant Judas) John 6:70

Jesus chose Judas to betray Him.

Every life that is take is taken by God. There are no accidents. Those who died at Boston Marathon died because God took their lives. The Giver of life can do whatever He wishes with the life He’s given…

This should bring fear and peace. Fear because God is dangerous. Peace because God is in control and He is good.

Worship this God! Treasure Him with fear and trembling. He’s too big to be boxed in our minds!
