Psalm 25:10-All the paths of the Lord are steadfast love and faithfulness,
for those who keep his covenant and his testimonies.
I believe God has given us all Christians the gift of “examining ourselves” or introspection.  The ability to search ourselves, and look back on how things have worked out for our good, proving God’s steadfast love and faithfulness!
Yet the biggest struggle we face as Christians may not be the “looking back” part of the process.  But like David, able to trust in God’s character, that all the paths of the Lord are loving and adorned with faithfulness.  It almost sounds like David is exaggerating and trying to be “super spiritual” in his relationship with the Lord…
However, David had walked with the Lord through enough trials, that he can look back on what God brought him through and declare such a statement.  That nowhere in his life when he trusted God, that it did not eventually point to a planned purpose, that illuminated the Lord’s love for David.
Throughout the Psalms David proves he practiced introspection with himself in relationship with God.  Introspection into God’s faithful love “to order your steps” I believe must become like precious pearls to us too.  Because who else really knows just how good God has been in guiding you in His paths than you?
